Thrive TRM is a sophisticated enterprise web app tool for executive search management across multiple segments. I worked on a large portion of the existing legacy app, plus approximately half of the next gen app design system and overall creation. This work is password protected since it hasn't been launched to the public.

Mentra is an accessible web app designed to connect neurodiverse job seekers with employers and opportunities. I helped update the navigation, architecture, onboarding, and gamification of the app.

ARISE v10 AR IMPROVEMENTS
UX Designer at SpellBound AR
ARISE is an augmented reality game app for iOS and Android designed to help pediatric patients ambulate, or move around, after surgeries and procedures in order to improve outcomes and reduce opiod use. I helped pivot the AR and game model when COVID-19 changed the way patients interacted with the tech.
UX work in this app required a dual understanding of AR games for kids and working with medical professionals to plan for and achieve outcomes. It also required an understanding of multiple regulatory restrictions, as the app is conducting FDA trials.
